7 Months Old

On Mommy's first day of school, Kaden turned 7 months old.  Since it was the first day of school we were not able to take his pictures until the very end of the day.  Right before we started the picture taking extravaganza this is what Kaden was doing:

When he woke up we started taking the pictures.  I took way too many.  I think maybe 70. Can you blame me? This kid is adorable! Here are some of the best. 

 

Lately Kaden has been quite active.  He is perfecting his modified crawl and he is fast.  He has caught my parents' cat a few times and has bumped his head on tables, walls, and other furniture multiple times a day.  Depth perception isn't quite his forte.  Kaden understands that when you hide behind something you don't disappear.  He will peek behind whatever it is you are hiding behind.  He is loving his peek-a-boo books.  He loves his grandparents, aunts, babysitter, and friends at the babysitter.  Whenever he hears other kids he looks around to try to find them and wants to play with them.  He loves to hug other little kids when he gets the chance.  We are loving every minute with our little boy!
