Easter EGGstravaganza

 

Holidays are always quite busy in our family.   We started this Easter Sunday at our own house for our own little Easter egg hunt.  The Easter bunny left four eggs hidden for Kaden. 

When Kaden woke up, we gave him a bottle, a quick diaper change, and asked him “Where’d it go?”  We had practiced a bit before the big day, so Kaden knew that this meant he was supposed to be looking for eggs.  The first one he found quite quickly. 

Shortly after that, Kaden found the next one.

The last two were a bit harder to find, but he did it…

After quick showers and a short drive, we ended up at Grandma and Grandpa Olsen’s house for another Easter egg hunt.  This time Kaden had to compete with his aunt Loran and Daddy. 

After the egg hunt was over, Kaden got a motorcycle!  He was a bit apprehensive about sitting on it at first. 

Then we went to church and the cemetery to visit Great Grandpa Taurisano’s grave.   After a short nap in the car, Kaden went to his Grandma and Grandpa Hannig’s house.  The Easter bunny left eggs for Kaden here too. 

After a very yummy brunch and a bit of down time, we were off to the rehab place to see Great Grandma Hannig.  I’ll post pictures later, but there was another egg hunt for Kaden at the rehab place.  After that, we went back to Grandma and Grandpa Olsen’s house for dinner. 

We had a lot of fun on Easter, but we were sooooooo tired when the day was done!
