Last Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, we had the Memorial for Kaden’s Great Grandpa Hannig. Great Grandpa passed away on April 2nd, but we waited until this past Sunday to commemorate the day he had enlisted in the military. This way Great Grandma Hannig could attend too. Great Grandpa always said that he wanted a big party instead of a sad funeral, so we made sure we celebrated his life. Complete with New Orland Funeral Music (like he wanted), Big Band Music (his favorite), Hershey’s Chocolate Bars, Pie, M&M’s, Little Debbie cakes, and cookies. Can you tell that Great Grandpa had a sweet tooth?
